ARRIVING FROM THE NORTH:
From the highway “Autostrada del Sole - A1 ” exit at “Barberino del Mugello”, pass the towns of Borgo San Lorenzo, Vicchio and Dicomano where you will take the Forlivese (state road 67). Once you enter the town of San Godenzo, follow the indications for Castagno d’Andrea, which will be on your right.

ARRIVING FROM THE SOUTH:
From the highway “Autostrada del Sole - A1 ” exit at “Incisa Valdarno” or “Firenze Sud”, pass the towns of Pontassieve, La Rufina, Dicomano. Once you enter the town of San Godenzo, follow the indications for Castagno d’Andrea, which will be on your right.

Surrounded by secular chestnut forests, and higher up, by beech woods full of mushrooms, Castagno d’Andrea is reached following the state-road 67 “Tosco-romagnola” and, for those traveling from Florence, the indications for Castagno are found in the town of San Godenzo, on the right.
